退货
退换货应点击本链接并提供退货资料。退货有两种方式：
- 上门取货。退货运费在申请退货之时通过银行卡支付。接下来NANOS会给你的电子邮箱发送一张等额折扣券，可以下次在在线商店购物时兑换使用。
取货由Fashion ElPulpo SL公司指定的运输公司完成。如果选择别家运输公司，运费和退货风险将由客户承担。
确认退还衣物状态完好后，我们将给你发送一个通知邮件并将相应货款退至购物时所用的银行卡中。
NANOS.es保留拒绝逾期通知或寄送、状态异于收货时的衣物的退货要求的权利。
换货
衣物可在我们的NANOS门店换成别的尺码或颜色，前提是状态完好且我们店内有存货。如果你想在家中换货，须申请退货然后重新在线购买。
换货期限为自购买之日起15天。
Policy arrangements
It is offered to Nanos OnLine customers the same arrangements service as in Nanos Stores, presenting the delivery note received with the order OnLine. The service is free for items purchased in season. In sales period the cost will depend on the type of arrangement. Service valid for all stores in Spain, excluding El Corte Ingles Nanos Outlets.
