In the event that the bank should reject your card, check that:
- The card has not expired. Check that your card has a valid expiry date.
- You may have reached your card limit. Check with your bank that your card has not exceeded the amount allowed for purchases.
- Check that you have filled in all the necessary fields correctly.
Can I have an invoice in my company's name?
No, you can't. At this moment this feature is only available for Spanish companies.
Is it safe to use my credit card on the website?
Yes. The card details are only filled in on a page belonging to a bank and they are encrypted as they are sent. NANOS only knows the result of the operation and does not have access to any of the card details filled in.
