Returns
The deadline for making a return is 30 days from the date of purchase. Orders placed on the website cannot be returned to a physical store. Returns are only possible through the website.
NANOS reserves the right to reject returns that are notified or sent after the specified deadline, or items that are not in the same condition as when they were received.
HOW TO MAKE YOUR RETURN
- To make a return, you must log in and access your orders area. Once you have selected the order, you can make a full or partial return of a specific item.
- Place the items to be returned in the same box you received the order in. Print and stick the shipping label you will receive by email on the outside.
- Give the carrier the sealed and properly packed package with the shipping label at the time of collection.
- Once we have verified that the returned item is in perfect condition, we will send you an informative email and the corresponding amount will be refunded using the same payment method used for the purchase.
RETURN COSTS
- The home collection service will have a transport cost of €1.95 which will be deducted from your refund.
CHANGES
- To make an exchange you must process a return of the item you wish to exchange and make a new purchase in the desired size.
