You can receive your order at the address of your choice (home, work, etc. - never in a PO box).

Delivery times depend on the destination and type of order.

FOR SHIPMENTS IN SPAIN:

• 3 working days for regular orders (1 or 2 more days in the Balearic Islands)
• Between 7 and 10 business days for orders with items with low availability (temporarily)

FOR SHIPMENTS OUTSIDE OF SPAIN:

• 7 business days for regular orders
• Between 10 and 14 business days for orders with items with low availability (temporarily)

Order delivery times may increase during periods of high demand or in exceptional circumstances. You can track the status of your order with the tracking number we provide you with when you make your purchase. From their website you can see the status of your order and whether it has already been shipped.

Currently we do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla.
