If you have a promotional code, you can enter it at the end of your purchase process. Promotional codes cannot be combined with other promotions or special prices, unless otherwise indicated.

No, once you have placed your order, it is no longer possible to cancel it. As soon as you receive it, you can request a refund.

SHIPPING

We ship to Spain, Germany, France, Portugal and Italy. Currently we do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla.

  • Spain and Portugal: €6, FREE for orders over €60
  • Germany, France and Italy: €15, FREE for orders over €120

Shipping costs will not be refundable in case of return of the order.

  • Spain: 3 working days for regular orders (1 or 2 more days in the Balearic Islands)
  • Portugal, Germany, France and Italy: 7 working days for regular orders

During periods of high demand (such as sales, Black Friday, Christmas and others) these delivery times may be longer. Due to high demand and the need to replenish stock, some items may have a longer delivery time.

Home delivery: your order will be sent directly to the postal address you provide us.

Yes, if you want to change the delivery address we can modify it as long as the package has not left our warehouses and is not already being delivered.

You can check the status of your order using the tracking number we provide you with when you make your purchase. You can see the status of your order and whether it has already been shipped from our website.

If more than 14 days have passed since your order was confirmed and you have not received your order, please contact our Customer Service as soon as possible.

When you receive your package, we advise you to carefully check the condition of the package and the items. In the event of any incident, it is essential to keep all the items in the shipment in the same condition as when you received them (cardboard box, shipping label and items).

Without proof of these elements we cannot correctly manage the claim with the transport agency and/or warehouse.

In this case, please contact our Customer Service within 24/48 hours. You will be asked for photos of the items in the shipment (cardboard box, shipping label and the items received).

The payment methods accepted by nanos.es are:

  • Credit card (VISA or MASTERCARD)
  • Paypal and Express Payment (Shopay, Apple pay, Google Pay)

If you would like an invoice for your order, please contact our Customer Service and we will send it to you by email.

We do not have gift cards available at this time.

RETURNS

STEP 1. Go to Login – Nanos (located at the top right) and enter your email to identify yourself as a customer. There you will find the orders placed. Select the order and the item(s) you want to return.


STEP 2.
Prepare your return. Place the items you wish to return in a box or envelope. Print and affix the shipping label you will receive in the email to the outside.


STEP 3. Give the carrier the sealed and properly packed package with the shipping label affixed to the outside of the package.


STEP 4. Refund: Once we receive your return at our logistics centre, we will proceed to refund you. The processing time for a return is approximately 15 working days. This period may be longer at Christmas or during sales/promotions. Please note that the home collection service will cost €1.95, which will be deducted from your refund.

The Nanos product must be in the same condition in which you receive it, with no apparent signs of use, correctly labeled and in its packaging.

Yes, you can do this without any problem. Below we explain step by step how to start a return process without an account:

STEP 1. You must enter the email address you used to make the purchase in the user section. This is located at the top right of the screen, right next to the shopping cart button.

STEP 2. Once you have sent the request, you will receive a message with a 6-digit code in the email address you just provided.

STEP 3. Once you have this code, you must return to our website and write it in the section where it is requested.

STEP 4. After entering this code, you will be able to consult the list of orders associated with your email. From there, you can start the
return process.

Orders placed on the website cannot be returned to a physical store. Returns are only possible through the website.

For hygiene reasons, the only item that cannot be returned is underwear.

All product images are property of Nanos. There may be a slight difference between the color of the image and the actual color of the item due to photo quality or resolution and settings of electronic devices.

WARRANTY

In the event of a defective product, Nanos will proceed, as appropriate, to repair, replace, reduce the price or return the product, all of which will be free of charge. Nanos is responsible for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within two years of delivery of the item. The consumer must inform us of the lack of conformity within two months of becoming aware of it.
